At Matrix, our mission is to produce winners. Being a winner doesn’t mean your team is undefeated; it is taking a group of ordinary athletes and transforming them into something extraordinary. They will find their true potential by being pushed to the limits and feeling they are the best player they can be. Our main goal is to build our players' self-esteem, which carries them through life.
Our philosophy is to shape young athletes, through the game of volleyball, to be able to cope with adversity and handle difficult situations with character and leadership. Volleyball is a game of service; to “Serve” your teammates. We want our players to learn, “It's not about you!”. By putting your team above your self-interest, you become a team player.
Our goal is to ensure our players know the fundamentals of the game, understand the language of the game and demonstrate the ability to work hard.

At Matrix, through discipline, we use the EAF method.
By far, this is what sets us apart! Our coaches are highly skilled. The majority of our coaches are former collegiate players or high school and junior high coaches. We provide individualized feedback to each player in practice and games.
Our club training and competition season allow ample time to work on techniques so players may improve their skill set. Our high school program practices and competes beyond the traditional season to prepare them for school tryouts.
The time commitment to be on a club team requires players to improve study habits and build time management skills to uphold their commitment to their volleyball team. Players must develop disciplined work habits on and off the court.
